Hey! I'm trying to go riding at trevorton. Ive heard theres some good riding there. How exactly can I obtain a permit to ride there and how much is it? Also do I need insurance or anything like that?

check out Access Permits - Reading Anthracite Coal

you have to buy a permit there -

there are trails all over the place, they give you a tax map and then you can look at the riding in the area.

Yes your atv needs to be registered and insures to ride on RAC land.
