I live in Nashville and currently I ride at three places. The closest to Nashville is Cedars of Lebanon State park in Lebanon, TN. It is pretty tight and mucky but has some ok riding.

The next and probably the best is Land between the Lakes OHV area which is actually in Southern KY. It is about 2hrs drive from Nashville on I24 W away from Nashville.

A third place that I haven't made it to yet is Natchez trace which is about 2 hrs west of Nashville going toward Memphis.

What areas are you near? Where do you ride? Anyone else from the Nashville area?

I'm from West Tennessee, originally. I've ridden both LBL and Natchez Trace. I've got a mess of trails near my home in Huntingdon, Tn, but I won't be there for another 3 months. I'm sure I'll be more help after I get back to the real world.

I live in Dickson, work in Nashville, and ride mostly on my own property or neighbors. I venture to West tennessee often due to that's where I grew up and my family still lives there. I usually am around the Milan or Bradford area. I know quite a few places to ride around there. I would have to say the best place to ride beside personnel property, is Natchez Trace due to convenience, only hr away from me in Dickson or hour away from Milan/Bradford. It has quite a few trails, enough for a full weekend of riding without hitting many trails twice and all riding levels available....

Drop me aline if ya'll ever want to try and ride alittle.

I live in Nashville TN area and ride at most of the same place you guys have mentioned. We also go to Lawrenceburg TN and ride at a place called WEST POINT. I hear it is over 30 thousand acres and after seeing it I don't doubt it. The trails are tight and the hills are steep. Much steeper and taller than what you'll find at Turkey bay in LBL. A great source for places to ride in our area is V.S.T.A. They are an offroad riding club in our area. They sale a book with locations listed, both private and public, where riding is permitted. I think they have a web-site. The books includes written directions as well as a map to get to each location. The club is very diverse including bikes and atvs of all kinds.

C-ya on the trails.

I live in Knoxville and ride with the Windrock ATV Club all over East Tennessee. We have a couple of places close by that are privately owned that we ride on. We also ride at Tellico and Royal Blue.

I agree that VSTA the organization to check with about riding in TN. You get their Trail Guide when you join and you also belong to an organization that is working to preserve your riding areas. We have a link to VSTA on our club's web site: www.korrnet.org/watvclub

If you want to come ride in the mountains of ET, drop me a line.
