Does any body know what R.A.C. in Penn. is? the only place I am familiar with is ride the lost trails in Dunmore. looking for some other places to ride in Penn that's pretty close give or take to Long island thanks

It`s Reading Anthracite Company they sell permits for $125 to let you legally park and ride on their land. They are located in Pottsville, PA.
