The websites aren't totally informative , does anyone have more information?
We visit Talladega Speedway once a year to run the spring Arca race & I was wondering if the campground is open ,
I prefer to camp & ride after the race is over. I have a van & will be bringing a road legal dirt bike.
what is the campground like - is it open yet with decent camping spots or a crammed craphole full of drunks like at the track?
Can you ride the trails at night? I ride a lot at night at home , prefer to due to cooler weather & lack of trail traffic.
What are the costs for a primitive site & a full hookup site?
Thanks in advance for any information.

Best riding by far are Hatfield-McCoy trail system. No night riding but well managed system, great variety of accommodations over the 6 counties and spectacular views. We have used Twin Hollow campground many times.
Coal creek,TN is good, less rules but watch out, the rock crawlers Are bigger and win every time! Durhamtown Plantation is excellent but has a lot of rules, which in turn is great for families. Their big MX tracks and drag strip are awesome, lots of other activities too.
We got bored of Ocala and Brooksville about 8 years ago and haven't been back...
