Just joined the forum, searched around but couldnt find the answer to my question......I grew up on 4 wheelers, had a old warrior 350 from about 6th grade through highschool, bought a raptor 700 a few years back and got rid of it. Been riding street bikes for a while now, selling my rocket and getting another raptor, looking forward to getting back out in the woods!

Anyway, my question is about Finger Lakes in Columbia. Do you have to get your ATV licensed in order to ride there? Wondering that because a lot of ATV's dont come with titles for whatever reason, and as far as I know you cant license one without it.
