WindRock Tips
I've been once for three days...just enough to realize it'll take years to see much of it.
I'm on a new Honda Rincon ATV(totally stock) and my buddy is going to be in a Razr 800 SxS. We will be staying at the campground and taking the commuter trail to the trailhead.
Coming from flat/sandy/muddy Florida - I'd like to see some different cool scenery and maybe see a mine entrance or two. I've been to the radar station.
I'd like to avoid mud unless it is worth it to get to a cool spot. I love technical rocky trails w/short climbs but not stuff steep enough to possiblly involve watching my new atv bounce down a hill. I've got a lot of ATV experience but also a fear of heights
Does anyone have some tips on where to go? What off the beaten path cool stuff is there to see? Old mine equipment and homesteads are a plus.
