Elson street riding park "Ohio"

Yes I was there in January when the snow was about 6" deep. They had a harescramble track marked with arrows about 4 mi. long through woods and one open field. The boundaries are well marked. A man collected the money when you enter the gate. Only about a dozen riders were there and they left about noon and me and my friend had the hole place to ourself. It is open weekends. Here is a list of rules:
1. Release must be signed
2. helmets required
3. no speeding through parking areas
4. Respect your fellow riders on and off the trails. (they have riders of all ages including children)
5. Ride within the posted property boundary lines.
6. no alchohol
7. Park is not responsible for lost or stolen articles
8. no littering

I've been there. It's pretty lame. Actually, it's really lame. It costs $10 to ride. You can cover every trail in about 10-15 minutes. They claim it's 200 acres, which is a tiny riding area, but it's more like 100 acres. If he dropped the price to $5, it would still be overpriced by about $5, give or take a buck.
