I looked it up to see what it was and found the Hog Waller Mud Bog website. I also found a definition for hog waller at Wiktionary: (slang, US, pejorative) Any poor town or out-of-the-way place that is populated by hillbillies and their farm animals.

 

Hillbillies and farm animals not withstanding.
