OHIO and Pa riders
#5
Wellsville, locally named Yellow Creek is just a few miles south of East Liverpool Ohio (not near Kentucky!). It is very near the top of the panhandle...off route 7. Email me if you want specific directions. There are no limits to when or how you ride there...similar to Hillsville Pa. Definately worthwhile to go!

Can I get directions?
I ride some areas in Ohio, but would like to try others.
If you ever get the chance try a ride with WindRock ATV club in Tenn. They have a spring and fall ride, i rode in the fall ride and it was well worth the trip!
E-mail to "gohl@cham-cor.com"
Thanks,
Gary

Alleghany has a few nice places to ride. I frequent the Timberline and Marienville trails alot. You can camp anywhere along the trail, as long as you are not blocking the trail. Year round riding except for hunting seasons. Both trail heads are on Rt 66 north of I-80. Defintely worth the drive.

Drive time from the West side of Cleveland is about 3 to 3.5 hours including food stop along the way. I-80 to North Rt 66, you will spend about a half an hour driving north on 66 and you'll see trail heads on right.
See everyone at Cochranton this year I hope!!!!!

I hate to say it, but I live 10 minutes from hillsvill, have never ridden there. I have heard some bad stories about people getting hurt in the "super bowl" out there. I like trail riding, Marienville/Timberline is pretty tame, I've been there quite a bit. We used to be able to ride a logging tract behind my in-laws near Tionesta. We could drive right out of the yard and on the trail! But now the deputy game warden thinks he's Buford Pusser, lots of locals got fined. Sigh...
