Hills near turnpike

Was driving down turnpike around Clermont today and saw alot of quads climbing some good size hills.Can anyone tell me how to get to this spot from polk county?

gene i saw that spot last time I was coming up the turnpike. I have no idea what it's called but there was a lot of trucks sitting there and a bunch of atv's on the hills. -Scott
