Hey Matt, when the trails open up in MA in May you should come down and ride the state parks. I'm in the same boat as you and have met a bunch of guys in the New England area to ride with and more that I havn't met, but will be soon. Most of the good parks are in far western MA, so you wouldn't have that long of a drive. Keep posting if you are interested.

 

yea buddy, that would be awesome! Man, i cant believe my friends, by far its the best thing going on 4 wheels...I would deff consider going over to MA...do u have any kind of web site or anything to direct me too...maybe we could meet up sometime on the trails...thanks a lot

We have some decent trails over here in western ma. If you go to http://www.state.ma.us/dem/region5.htm it will give you some details on where the parks are etc... Most of the terrain is pretty rough, rocky and can be muddy, but hey we can't have it all. Also the eagle bridge track over in NY is pretty nice if you are into that. You can usally find someone over there to ride with on any give day. Let me know if you need any info on the parks in western MA. I am very famillair with them all. I current ride mostly with bikes, like you said no one has quads around me any more. So if you are up for a fast paced ride next time we go out we will give you a shout.. I beilve eagle bridge opens up on april 6th. There web site is www.ebmx.net.. whats up guys! i live here in Mass, and me and my buddies would always be up to go for a little trip...i havent gone to a state park for awhile, last one i went to was Pittsfield state park (october mountain) and if that hasnt closed down for atv's i would def, recomend that we go there!! we could camp out for a night so so on......the riding is great, any conditions you name it...there is even if i remember a little cabin on the side of a dirt road were we can get our grub on....its great. well lets keep this thread posted[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

The state parks are closed til May. We should hook up then for a group ride.

 

Guys that sounds awesome!!! i cant wait till this crazy weather leaves...i look forward to chillin with all of you in may....i just bought my trailer today so im pumped...my only question is that, my quad is registered in NYS...will that be ok? thanks guys...lata

Not really sure. You may have to register in MA too. Should be about $35 a year. Call 411 for Mass enviornmental police, and ask them.

 

yeah i would agree with silverV with calling 411 and asking the enviro popo's...you could try that or just go/call to your resistry and ask them. May is gonna be damn good
