From Dallas to Kermit is about seven hours. Dallas to Little Sahara in Oklahome is about five. As for riding in Dallas, there is no where that you can be at in under an hour usually. There are some MX tracks that run quads, but it is so over crowded on practice nights that it really isn't worth it. There is a track out in Greenville (East of Dallas on I-30) that is good fun. Badlands MX has races, but it is too supercross style to be all that fun on a quad. It is my favorite track in the area when I am on two wheels though. By far the best area to go play ride it about 2 hours north / west of Dallas in Muenster TX. It is just a huge trail / play riding area with every type of terrain you could ask for. Make sure you ride with someone that knows that place the first few times, as you can get VERY lost easily.

Muenster TX?? How is that and how much is there to ride.. We go to Little Sahara every weekend just about and lookin for somewhere new. What is it like at Muenster, is it hard to find?

 

Here is the website for Muenster. The prices and directions are listed. The pics on the website don't show the good riding areas, and don't do the place justice at all. I think it is 2500 acres or so, and there are trails EVERYWHERE. I have been going out there for almost a year now and I haven't seen every square inch of it.
