Has anyone received the information about Dirt Week?
I also hear that the Gilbert access will be open. I heard that includes a 50 mile section of trails that links the southern portion of Rockhouse with Buffalo Mtn.

 

I'm not real sure about Dirt Week. Gilbert is host an event April 19th-21st. Going to be a really good deal. Check out the feature article or www.ljh.com for more details.

What is the name of the town the event is in? I'm gonna do a mapquest.com to see how far fron central PA.
Whats the riding like there? How many miles of trails?
I'm thinking of going down with my budd that I ride with here in PA!
Is there a place that rents cabins or something?

 

trailconn.---- That trail from Rockhouse to Buffalo Mtn. trailhead does not exist(officially). Yep the Gilbert access is open.
"Mudevil" is a good area contact. He stays on top of what's going on with the trails. He lives in/near Matewan.

Mike, I was recently informed that no new trails in Logan or Mingo will open until some systems open in the other surrounding coutnies because all the board members in the other counties are whining (boohoo!). Well, we'll see what happens.
