Just thought I would tell everyone that Peabody Coal Company has put up No Trespassing signs at the Lions Club parking lot just south of Lynnville on Hwy. 61 and right off Interstate 64, Lynnville exit.
My theory is someone has gotten hurt at the riding area or Peabody got tired of everyone ignoring the no trespassing signs to the west of state hwy. 61 right across from the Lions club. The signs have been up for a couple of years and some riders continued to go over to that clearly marked No Trespassing area. There was riders who were even riding on interstate 64 hwy. property. These riders were fools and more than likely have ruined it for the thousands of people who rode there.

The private property owners in and around this area might have pressured Peabody to close the area too.
I could be wrong on the reason for the closing of this land.
If anyone has heard the reason for the closing please let me know.

they are closing the land to come back and remine all of it. they have alrighty started mining the land about 2 miles from there towards boonville. and now they are coming back and doing the land around the lions club
