Has anyone been to silver lake and been threw the new db law yet. i have a buddy with a raptor and a BIG GUN RACE full system he passed with no probs...whats the deal!!!!!

You say he passed the noise level at Silver Lake? How did they check it? What was his db reading? I have a white bros and wonder if I will get thru. was it on a weekend or weekday?

 

Supposively, from what I have heard, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SPARK ARRESTER, YOU DON'T GET IN. The dB limit I guess is a maximum of 94dB's but they will allow +/-4dB error from the dB meter. From what I understand you have to maintain a maximum of 94dB's at a certain rpm depending on the cc size of your engine.
