There is a poker run in Madera, PA on the 21st. I have heard that there may be close to 2000 quads there. The sign up time is from 8:00am until 10:30am. I have never been to Madera before, but was told that it is an awesome time and a great ride. Hope to see some of you there.

Dave, I had an awesome time. i will definitely be back in June. The trails and mud was great. There were about 6 of us that rode together and at the end, there were only three! I went as fast as I could considering the terrain and other riders. The weather was aweful, but still had a blast. I actually wanted to go through it again, but I was preety cold at the end and my other buddies wanted to go home. There should be a way for all of the forum members to identify each other. Sure would have enjoyed meeting you. I still haven't forgotten about tower city. I meet you down there someday soon. Take care. Guardog P.S. were you there? what were you riding?
I was there on my B/W raptor with my buddy on his 400ex ( he crashed and burned hard, but is O.K.)

 

Guardog, what number were you at Madera? I was 1252, at about 11:30. Are you going to the Dog Hollow poker run in strongstown Pa the 28? It's usually a good ride.

 

I was number 1240. I was also there around 11:00-11:30. I don't think I'll make the one next weekend. I sure had a great time though. That ws the first one I was ever on and I will definitely be going on more.

We had a great time. we would have gone thru twice but the rain really sucked. Anybody ever been to Redbank Poker run? It's a little tougher. Thinking of going to Rumble on the Ridge in May. Any input?

I just got my quad a little over a year ago but I love the sport.ANyways how or what do ya have to do to participate at madera or other events?Do ya need to be a member or have a motorcycle license ETC?I live in NJ and am kinda looking for riding partners or to just ride and be friends with.I would aprreciate the replys

 

hey sugarhead, the only thing that you have to do is pay a registration fee. This is how the fire company or other sponsor make their money. I heard that some places require proof of registration. However, Madera did not. It was one of the best times I have had in a long time. If you are ever in the N'east PA area and are looking for someone to ride with, give me a hollar!
