The 2002 Matewan Homecoming poker run will take place on Sept. 28. Registration will be from 8:00am to 10:00 pm. The winner will recieve a one week vacation to the silver seas in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Call Raymond at outback atv for poker run info and registration (1-304-426-5152) or post here.
Participants in the event can also take advantage of free camping in downtown matewan (thanks to our atv freindly mayor) and free guided tours of non hm trails for the entire weekend. For more info, email wvtrailguides@hotmail.com or post here. I will be glad to do anything I can to help any of you set up your plans, so don't hesitate to conact me.

Dear WVexRider: Are there any other trails to ride other than the Hatfield & McCoy while were in Matewan? The reason being, we like to night ride and the H & M Trail System does not allow night riding. I checked out your website (www.wvtrailguides.org) and from what I have read we can hire you as a guide. I must compliment you on your excellent website, very proffesional.
Would you be willing to allow my group to hire you to take us on a night ride on some local trails while were in town doing the Poker Run? We have sport bikes and utilities in the group so a good combination of trails would be perfect. Everyone tells me that the best trails in the country are in your neck of the woods.
