Me and a couple of my friends are thinking about going to this event this year. I was wondering if your ATV had to be registered threw your state, to ride in this event or not? Also what are the trails like? I've heard alot of people say you can ruin your ATV very easily and if thats the case I'm not sure I what to go or not.

Thanks for any info!

Korn,
You do not need to be registered for the poker run. If you are staying over night I sure would recommend insurance though just in case. The chance of you doing serious damage to your quad is minimal or none of us would be returning year after year. You sure can put dings in your rims though. This is a great event. Don't miss it. Yes-I know a few things about the event:

1) Get in line before the sun comes up
2) Be prepared for major traffic jams
3) No registration needed on your quad
4) Good trails
5) You wont ruin your quad-but you will bang up the rims a bit
6) Mud
7) Hills
8) Water
9) Rocky
10) Patience a must
11) And a whole lotta quads. If its your first time youll be amazed when you see all the machines in one place.

This years new trail is suppose to be a more relaxed and easy going trail. It is for the people who like to just tool along and take it easy. I guess you could say it is the family trail. Just my speed. I just like to enjoy the ride and being with my wife riding. Simple

I JUST SPOKE TO STEVE CARROLL IN COCHRANTON YESTERDAY ABOUT THE LEISURE TRAIL NOTED "D" AND HE SAID THEY DID NOT FINISH IT AND IT TIES INTO TRAIL "B". I AM TAKING 2 OF OUR BOYS WITH US AGED 12 AND 13 AND STEVE RECOMMENDED TRAIL "C". HE SAID THAT THERE ARE MORE BY-PASSES THIS YEAR ON TRAIL "C". HOPE THIS HELPS
