If Youre lookin for a MX park I heard,.. "Landing MX" is pretty good..
Plan on goin this w/e...to give it a try

But if you are willing drive bout 2.5 hours (into Pa)....I can help ya..
PS ...how Md??...grew up about 20 minutes from ya(catonsville)..&..(when I had a 4x4 ,a few years ago,I would ride some trails over by woodstock,elkridge,burtonsville,..etc )
