[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Did the Sullivan County ATV Club's poker run Sat., 9/7/02. WOW!!! The places these things can go! 500 riders in all, maybe a few more. Great food, great prizes, etc. 3 feet of gumbo-mud, not too much water (too dry), LOTS of dust, power-line trails, deep woods, dirt roads, many steep hills (got bumped by a dude doin an endo backwards x3 because he hit the rear break coming backwards down a very steep hill),etc. Just your typical great ride. Lots of planning went into this ride. It must have been a logistical nightmare coordinating the use of all that land. The ride was 47 miles (hard miles). Man, do I ache today!! Can't wait to do it again. My p360 handled the task with aplomb. I had no problem even with the big 650's and up. I was covered with mud from top to bottom! Spit dust ***** for a whole day. If anyone lives within a reasonable drive from Monticello raceway, I urge you to not miss the next one. I don't know when it will be but if I hear I will definitely keep u all posted. DON'T MISS THE NEXT ONE, PLEASE!!!!! Kudos to all the people involved with organizing the ride!

i have done the mahwah to pompton lakes. that is an awesome ride, not for the weak of heart. i found alot of trails by me in slate hill and middletown. let me know if you would like to hook up for a ride. i,ll be picking up my new 03 prairie 650 camo in a few days. jw

Congrats on the new machine. If you know some trails up here I'm good to go. The girlfriend is going a way that week end. Or we can do the old mawah standby the hill people always love when we come through. But I 'd liketo find some new trails. I'll email you early in the week.

 

creepster, sounds good give me a call. we can ride around here. i'm just learning all the trails cause i just moved up here a couple of months ago. i met a guy up the street from me and he has been showing me the trails. i'll bring him along too. u can meet me at my house, the trail starts right next to my driveway. by the way, i forgot i have a wedding to go to on saturday so it will have to be sunday. talk to you soon.

 

hey dude was up so you got a new ride cool i did the quad run in montecello last weekend and im still hurting metz went with me then when i was up there i ran into gumby so we went to roscoe and got f ed up all night and went riding all morning we got to hook up and ride again
