Just wondering if you could still ride of gatlin blvd. and if so what areas are still rideable....

 

I'm not sure.but i think it's closed.

 

friend told me they were taking bikes.I'm not about to find out.

you ever been to palm bay,by the bombardeir factory???

 

I've never rode out there but I've been there I heard they shut some of it down

 

No it's not closed.
They just put cement blocks around theb big hill out front.
I still go every weekend.
last week when i was there someone had shot up the bombardier signs.
people like that are why they prabably will close it soon.

Is it worth the drive from Ft. Lauderdale?

palm bay is pretty nice.lots of trails,and about 4-5 tracks.all kinds of jumps,woops,and other stuff.
you can take 95.

you take 95 to palm bay (malabar exit).go west.
turn left at the first light.
pass 1 red light then bare right at the Y.its easy to pass so look hard.
take that west to digroodt.and go south(left).
take it to bombarbier blvd.go west(right).
take it past the bombardier plant.
you will see a big hill.
keep following the road,park anywhere and RIDE HARD.
lots of stuff to ride.
