Where does everyone ride in North Jersey?

 

i hear there a nice trails in hopatcong and west milford...where do you ride? maybe we could get together in a few months and ride in ny, pa...much better trails

 

Hey, yea that'd be cool to go riding. I live in Rockaway Township. Its a huge town with a lot of open space and a lot of swamp land. That equals lots of riding area. But the problem is that the cops are sooo strict about riding the streets and bla bla bla. I got around near my house theres some trails and maybe you've heard of the powerlines. They lead all the way to sussex county. There a lot of mud and water and stuff there. Plus theres some other stuff around thats a little less wet but i usually ride in trails with some mud and water cuz there so beat.

Where do you ride in NY/PA?

 

My friend is from West Milford and he used to ride there all the time from his back yard. I saw some of the trails and they are nice, but you need to know where you are going incase i have to run from Smokey. I went to Mahwah on 287 and there was some nice trails up there too.

BTW I am from exit 10 on 287 and go riding on the weekends.

 

If you want to ride in Pa. you have to go a little west for the really nice areas. Don,t come to Pa. and just look for a spot to roam. The DCNR has been arresting people left and right.
