I really like it down there. We got down there as often as we can stand the drive, 2.5 hours from Louisville. I have never camped but you can go up the hill on the left as soon as you pull into the gas station and camp lots of people do. You can go back quite a ways and camp anywhere along the trail. It is not an offical campground though so there are no toilets or picnic tables or anything. You can go down to the Shell station for food and stuff. It's private land that you ride on not National forest so there are basicly no rules or fees. If you decide not to camp and you have a big trailer you can park in the gas station parking lot. When we take the smaller trailer we still park up the hill because it is closer and shady. It's a lot of fun on big fall weekends there could be 200 people down there. Have fun

Bocephus, I have been reading this post for months now and there has been no one even close to my home territory, Georgetown, Oh. So what's up neighbor? Livingston rules if you like to trail ride! There is very little mud. It's very sandy soil so even in the rain it isn't sloppy everywhere. There are a million places to camp. We used to ride rail buggies and dirt bikes there alot. It is a blast. Are there any places close to us to ride? I went to that Big Rock a couple of weeks ago. It's OK. Nothing like Haspen or Livingston though. What do you ride? Where do you usually ride? Email me.
