I live in south fla and have heard rumors about needing permits to ride out at places like max's fish camp i know places like big cypress and ocala national i need one but if i was to do a poker run out near holiday park or the alley do i need a permit or is it just a waste of time to get one. and if i need one where do i get it and how much does it cost if anyone knows

Where is there a place to ride by holiday park? and Where is Max's fish camp?
As for the pertims, I think you are talking about having your ATV registered, the police jacked me up from not having my machine registered at lost lake last year.

after i baught my 400ex they sent me a regestration
you can take an (atv safty institute)coarse........
if you have a new quad you get paid for taking it.(from factory rebate)
i think it's free no matter what but not sure.
if you want the number i can give it to you......
they give you a little lisence type card when coarse is completed.
that they said everyone will have to have one eventually.......

the places to ride out by holiday park you can get to off of us27 kinda hard to describe how to get in there just have to find the entrance i know if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle you can get in right off of griffin as if your heading to the park just before the first bend there's a piece of guard rail missing if not you have to park your truck in the back of holiday or right next to the construction trailer unload and ride down to it. Max's is right off of us27 and krome kinda of a far drive south but if you can ride out there quite a few long trails that lead to other trails which will also take you towards holiday. most of it is mud i've only been to max's twice neither of which i've had my 4 wheeler they bust you sometimes out there for not being registered i know that but since mine is brand new they passed some law that it automatically gets regestered when you but it. i've been riding more in west palm where a co worker showed me a spot meet some people out there that know some places but gotta ride from their property to get there.

about that saftey coarse is it a b/s coarse like the boaters safety one or does it actually have any good i mean i had to take the boaters saftey and hunting saftey and honestly if you learned any saftey tips from those coarses it would scare me besides the rebate what are the other benefits to having this coarse????

you learn a little bit of good things
nothing any real rider doesn't know already........
the coarse would be good for a real beginer
but you get paid to ride for 4 hours,
you cant beat that..
when you're done
you get a lisence type card,
that the instructor said everyone would need to have eventually.........
