I have not heard anything about that. There is power line park in St.C but I hear you have to invited there. I'll ask my friends and get back to you. It is a shame they shut down 7 creeks that was a good time. My friends went down to H-M and said that it was better than anything we could imagine around here, just have to ride one to an atv and during the day.

Bunn: I don't know of any trails in Wheeling, WV but we ride at a place called Sanderson Wilderness Area. It's somewhere around 10,000 + acres with over 500 miles of trails. It's located close to Elkview, WV, just outside of Charleston. The only thing about it is you should go with someone from around here. The trails are not marked and people get lost all the time. We will be planning our next ride on March 2 if your interested in joining us, your more than welcome to email me about the details.

Wildweave, I ran into a vendor at the boat and Rv show here in columbus. He sopossedly been there
and said I could find them on the Net. Spent 2 days hunting with no luck
If you do hear anything sure would appreciate it.
Wv Bartman I sure do appreciate the hospitalety. Thank you very much, however March is just around the corner and we are not going to have the time. Do you guys do alot of riding in the summer? The places that you go, do they allow you to ride double? That is the trouble we are running into.
Looks like I might have to buy yet another bike for the wife
If you ever want to go to logan Ohio give me a yell and we will work something out.
I have a link on my web page for the camp gorund were we stay at. They have a trail head
right there.
Chat at you guys later

Bunn:
The trails in the Sanderson Wilderness Area are private and unregulated. Riding double is no problem. We ride throughout the year. We have a large group ride on Sunday once a month, 12 months out of the year and then we have several Saturday rides with smaller groups March thru October depending on weather.

Those trails in Sanderson are great Summer riding. There is a lot of creek riding you can get into during the hot parts of the day to cool yourself and your bike off. I have been there several times, can't wait to go back.

This is what I got from the GNCC racing website, it is the best I can do for now.
Round 12, October 4 - 5
POWER LINE PARK GNCC
Location: St. Clairsville, OH
Located near Wheeling, W. Va., the Power Line Park is on old strip mine property. Mud was a huge factor in last year’s event, as the course runs across fire roads that pack up and hold water. Several huge mud holes challenged the racers, and it will happen again if rains. The topsoil is clay, but it gives way to a rocky, base soil, and there are some rock piles around too.
This is standard GNCC stuff, tight woods, mud and elevation change.
Last year’s winners: ATV: Smiley Bike: Andrews
Directions: Located at Exit 213 off Ohio I-70. Roughly 15 miles from Wheeling, W.Va.
