My family wants to go to Mena / Wolf Pen Gap for the weekend, but my quad doesn't have a spark arrestor. Is it required at WPG? I have an LRD pipe and I don't think they have the S/A ready yet. I don't want to make the trip and then not be able to ride. We'll have to go somewhere else. Thanks for your help.

 

Don't think you have to .Just make sure to stay on the trails.They WILL FINE YOU!Nice trails .Be sure to go to the "BLUE HOLE" at Alberts Pike. Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I am thinking about going to WPG this weekend. Would a sport trike or quad work on the trails? what are they like? i have a utility quad but I would like to try the 350x sport trike up there. Think it would work?

 

Yes a spark arrestor is required by law. You are riding in a National Forrest, all of which require a spark arrestor. Now, they dont have any checks, but if a ranger were to stop you and look I'm sure the ticket would be steep.
