maczilla, raptor149, we should plan a riding day instead of trying to get together at the last minute. my brother is going to order his axle this week, so hopefully it comes before the weekend. if it doesn't, you guys are welcome to ride around my place. i don't think it would be very nice of me to go riding somewhere else since he can't go. even though it was his own fault. let me know if you guys have a day off when we can ride. we can go to my cousin's since he isn't that far away and he has a track and trails. unless you guys know a better place? i can ride basically any weekend. this is my last week in college before summer break, then i have to work, but not on the weekends. so, saturday would be best for me.

 

yeah, i'm also in finals week. where do you go, Kent? I work a weird schedule, but they'll be changing it since I'm out of school next week and will be working full time. I'm ready to go whenever. I also have a few friends that might want to come. A modified banshee and 400EX. Don't know my schedule for next week yet. This Friday (may 9) I will be free all day.

 

raptor149, yeah i go to kent. my cousin is coming to my house this friday and he is bringing his yamaha 125 and cr250. he also has a 400ex. it isn't very modified. all he did was add a pipe, k&n air filter, jet kit and cut his fenders. if you want, i could email you directions to my house and we could putt around. i all have is a track and not many trails. my track only has two jumps because i made them tabletops and that used all my dirt. let me know. it would be a good opportunity to meet you guys and learn where you ride and whatnot.

 

That's cool, I would probably be bringing a friend of mine a modified banshee, if he's got the bugs worked out of it yet. He just put it back together after tearing it down this winter. But it might just be me. How much of a trail system do you have? At least a few miles? If we got bored there, I know a few spots we could always head to. Like either in Kent, Streetsboro, Or Ravenna. I have a 'track in progress' at my house, but nothing to get excited about yet. I'm hoping to have it done this summer. Why don't you give me directions to your house and let me know what time you are planning on riding. It's my day off and my last exam is thursday, so I'll be ready to rip!

 

where do you want me to start the directions from? give me a road or location so i know where you are at. my trails basically suck. and like i said, my track isn't that great either, but i kind of just want to meet you guys so we can get to know each other and whatnot. we could ride around friday until you get bored and then plan our next get together. i probably won't be able to go anywhere else since i use my dad's truck and he works.

 

How about from Rt 14 in Streetsboro. Center of town, whatever. If you want to go somewhere I have a two place trailer, so that takes care of you. But, we'll have to see what the weather's like. I'm changing the oil in my bike today!

 

alright. i will pm you the directions. that will be cool if you could haul my bike, but that means you would also have to bring me home. i am hoping that we get a little rain today and it stays somewhat cloudy and cool. that way it isn't as dusty. i will probably post a reply to this thread about the weather and riding conditions around 1pm friday. i also need to change the oil, but i got to buy a filter first.

 

so far so good about the weather. i will be getting home around 1ish, so i should be ready to ride about 2-3ish. I gotta eat when I get home. Maczilla, if you want to come up also you can. let me know and i will pm you directions.

 

I'm in Mantua...Looking for more places to ride. I have a Suzuki LT250R Quadsport and a Honda Recon. My son has a Yamaho Moto-4 80. Where and when do you ride. I also have other friends looking for new places.

 

I'm not sure that JayBird knows of any more riding places around here other than the small track at his house, which wouldn't be quite suitable for your bikes. However, I know of few riding spots in Ravenna, Boro, Kent, Etc. Seeing that my bike was just totalled I won't be riding for at least a month. I'll let you know if i go sometime. Or get in touch with Jaybird and he will know. He'll be one of the first ones to know when I getit back together.
