Does anyone know if it's legal to ride in NEW JERSEY. and is there any place ride on the border line of jersey and new york. thank's

 

There is a place in central Jersey. It is listed in the riding area's section of the home page of ATV connection. As for north Jersey, no legal areas but I've ridden up near RT. 23 in Sussex with no hassles, seen alot of other riders there too.
