Suzuki OZARK 250 2x4
We took this thing through so much mud and water. Rarely got stuck, but this time we did. I could get a big enough head start to build some speed and the mud was very deep and there was an edge about 2' tall I had to muscle it over. Good times.

I had an Ozark once myself. I had mudlite at's on the back. It would go through some stuff you wouldn't think a 2x4 quad would. Didn't try anything quite like that though. The light weight helped a lot. I think it they had made a 4x4 version of it, it would have had enough power to handle it and still would have been well under 500 lbs. Id probably advise getting a winch though. I think several manufacturers have kits for the Ozark.

Nope didn't back in at all. I was wearing sandals and driving it through the creek. Need to get out and got stuck. I had to lift it out and move it over multiple times until I made it to more solid ground. Took around 45 min to an hour.

Had a Kawasaki Lakota 300. I had to use the same method. Learned to get 4wd up here in New England (and a winch). I don't know how many times we had to use the lift and move...
