I have installed a 686 big bore kit in my rhino and cannot get it to quit blowing head gaskets. It does fine until you ride it hard and then the compression begins to blow over into my cooling system. I have tried seven different techniques to try an repair the problem, but the problem persists. I am so tire of turning wrenches on my bike. Any suggestions. I need help.

 

you might need to gett your head planed, who ever did your bore might have done a shity job.

 

The cylinder and the head has been shaved and looks great. I think its the copper gasket that pro tec told me to use. Im purchasing a better gasket from another company who said there gasket will fix the problem. HOPEFULLY OR MY RHINO MAY ACCIDENTALLY CATCH ON FIRE.
