Default 660 Rhino shut down

Hi, I have a 06 660 Rhino and the last couple of days it has been shutting down on me. It seems after approx. 30-45 minutes of riding it will just shut down. No warning lights came on. After about 15-30 minutes it will start back up and run fine for awhile then shut down again. When it shut down, the gas filter housing was empty like it wasn't sucking any gas in. Has anybody else had this problem or does anybody know what is causing it? Is it overheating problem or gas problem? It had plenty of oil and coolant in it. thanks

What irritates me is!
Those 6-packs work pretty good.

Look for a blocked or kinked gas tank vent or try replacing the fuel filter.

ok, i replaced the fuel filter and check all hoses, it took me along time to get it to start. runs fine for now but the filter housing is not filling completely up with gas, not sure if that is a problem. i will have to take it for a longer ride to see if it shuts down again. how do you check to see if the fuel pump is bad? I've read some stuff on the internet that says it may be the stator? thanks for your responses.

I had the same problem and it was the fuel filter. It doesn't fill up all the way. You should be good.

The fuel pump system on a Rhino is junk. This is a common problem. Replace it with a good low pressure electric pump and your problems will be over
