Default Im in June issue of Dirtwheels

That was a neat article. Those dunes must be something to see.

I was somewhat fascinated by that cobra the three guys were messin' with. Do they just slither around on those dunes all the time like that?

That would be bad business if one of those came flying out of someone's roost and wrapped around your neck, all spreadin', spittin', cussin' and bitin'!

That would be something to see.......not experience.
You can not ride anywhere you feel like in the dunes. There are designated areas. There is a lot of wild life in the dunes, as well as what you folk call "tree huggers".

Your chances of running into a cobra like that are almost none, so dont let that stop you from booking your trip. You have more chance of finding the small sidewinder snakes, but you will have to go looking.

If you have someone with you that really knows the dunes, you can find dune riders paradise, and no one can find or stop you. The last thing you want to do is get lost......you may never come out of the desert.......
