I'm running a 190/195 and mine shows lean on the plug chop but runs very strong. Needle on the last slot, 25 pilots and airscrews out 3.75 turns. Very white plug. Consider yourself lucky at least you've got a set of mains to work from. I'm gonna shoot for 200/210 and see how that looks!

Hey sabray, I noticed on your last reply you said you ended up with 170/165 jets. If you are sitting on the bike; the carb to your left should have the smaller jet(165) and the carb on your right should have the bigger jet(170). The way you worded it sounded like it was the other way around. Just thought I would mention this to you and if you have them the other way; that could be part of the problem. Just trying to help. Good luck and I hope you get it dialed in. SLIM

RaptorRacer1, The jetting might sound a little weird but I have a set of Dial-A-Jets installed as well. With the dial-a-jets you are required to drop 2 jet sizes to put the dial-a-jet in dead middle position. This gives me the ability to ajust the dial under the seat up to two jet sizes up or down from where I'm at without tearing the machine down....
So my 165/170 with dial-a-jets should equal out with 175/180 jets.
