e-series disc question for warriors

Default e-series disc question for warriors

how many disk should i run for the best performance in my warrior? i just got mine today and it has 12. the manual says i can run stock jetting w/ 12 disc so ill leave the carb alone.

i kept the 12 discs and changed the main jet to a 155,k@n filter and no lid on the air box and you should be good to go.

Default e-series disc question for warriors

Ive got the e-series on my warrior as well. I'd start with 12 discs and ride it and see how ya like it. Check the jetting (plug) and listen for indications of rich/lean per the pipe instructions. From there, make sure you are jetted properly. Then small tweaks can be made with discs if ya want to mess around.

Adding discs creates less restriction (more air flow) and maybe a tiny bit more top end power and leans it more. Less discs does the opposite.

IMO i'd just stick with 12 and correct the jetting (if reqd) at the carb - then ride on.

if i jet i should just change the main jet right higher? for more gas

At least that's all I did and mine runs great !?
