Default Question????

I have a 1997 yahama beartracker atv and its been sitting in the garage for about over a year now and today i just started her up. The fuel was not drained and nothing was done to store it. But today I charged the battery and it started up. The problem is that it will only keep its idle when the choke is pulled out all the way. When we put the choke all the way in the atv will die. Aslo to run the gas out.....we ran it up and down the street for awhile and it hesitated while it was going. What seems to be the problem here. We did stabalize the gas. Thanks for any help.

Default Question????

It could be bad fuel that stabilizer is only good for a few months. Is the fuel tank full? If not try addding some new gas and just run the fuel out or try to drain the old out.

Default Question????

I would suggest removing the carb and cleaning it. Remove the idle jet out of the carb and spray Carb Cleaner into all of the passages. This should clear up the idle your idling problem.
