Is anyone using the dial-a-jet system on a raptor? How is it working? I think this might help with my jetting problems I can never figure the carbs correcyly.

Or do you think a gytr or dyno jet kit would help more?

how does the dial a jet work? Is there something that you turn or adjust to change the size?

I think the dial-a-jet creates a fine mist of fuel and is supposed to be easily adjusted. Dirtwheels did an article on it sometime back. I would try their website for more info! Good Luck!!

You lean out the carb, then the DAJ pulls fuel as needed from the bottom of the float bowl, mixes it with incoming air before the carb. The mist fills in the "dry spots" of the intake charge depending on the engine's needs. You get a more accurate mixture and better fuel atomization. Plus, you do it once instead of all the time!!! You don't have to screw with it. I've ridden from sealevel to 8000 feet and not adjusted mine off the initial adjustment with great results. The same results were obtained on 2 Wolverines I installed the DAJ for my buddies. See www.thunderproducts.com.
