If its stock, get an FMF Mega Max 2 or a White e-series pipe. Clamp on K&N with pro flow adapter, and a torque stuffer. Forget the jet kit.. they are junk on the 95's.

I have a Wolverine with a SuperTrapp pipe, had the mechanic do the jetting, and a UNI air filter. It runs really well! With the discs you can tune where you want your power at on the band. I can take my pipe and tune it to the very minimum number of discs and just by gunning it I can get the front end to pop up a couple inches. I have stock tires on it though. I think the internal disc system may get you what your looking for?
