I got a teather cord from a friend but don't know how to hook it up. Does anyone have one or know if it hooks straight to the starter or to the kill swich on the handle bar. If you know could you help me out thanks.

Your tether has 2 wires, one to ground and the other to the + side of the coil. The coil is under the left (from seat) fender. If you remove your front plastic, it's easy to do a nice, clean wiring job.
