What's the best, cheapest, or lightest brand of swinarm for a banshee? I am looking for a swingarm about 4-6 inches over, and has anyone else had trouble with a swingarm 4-6 inches over with the stock shock? Thanks.

 

i have a +4 on mine and i have around 70hp it does very well on take offs. but with the stock shock its just way to soft and easy to bottom even on small jumps.im thinking of having my stocker revalved for the plus 4.

 

So the only step necessary is to revalve the stock shock and it will be fine? Also, do you know of any cheap ($400-) performance shocks?

 

You should have it resprung for your weight, riding style, ability, and swingarm. I have a +2 on my Banshee and I had the stock shock revalved and resprung for all of the above. Since I like jumping I went with a stiffer setup. It takes some cash to have this done but you'll be very happy with the results.
