Default Blaster questions

ive got a stock blaster engine with a toomey pipe, 35mm Mikuni carb. Boyesen dual stage reed valves, uni filter on the back of the carb. problem is, while racing last month or so ive noticed that when the engine is cool it runs ine but when it heats up it starts to spit and sputter out of nowhere. it doesnt do this every single time, but about 50%. ive jetted it, adjusted floats and everything else in the carb and it still keeps happening. does anyone else have any other suggestions that it could be? the reeds were just replaced within the last 2 months and the carb is only about 6 months old. i keep it clean and change the plug once a week, gone through my manual and still am not able to solve the problem. does anyone else have a clue? i would really appreciate any input on this before i decide to just trash it!

Thanks
