$50000 raptor?
Yes, the new Rappy will definately be over 50g but I don't want to come accross like I have an endless cash flo either.
I will say that probably 75% of that will be sponsored. After doing #s 1 & 2 I have had a lot of calls to do #3 so It will be <u>really</u> trick with custom parts where I can find shops to perform.
The #2 Rappy is in jail right now but will soon be out for the ATVA Nationals.
I am haveing problems with the front brakes locking up. So while it is in jail I am trying to fix that little problem.
Any sugestions?

After reading this thread and seeing how it has twisted and turned, I feel compelled to respond to some issues raised here.
First of all, "the quad"....Turbo33, wow, that's a nice bike! Before knowing that was your machine, I picked up the magazine and read about the quad. I don't get into all things that glitter and shine, but I still wanted to know how a Raptor could be modified that much. I am impressed.
Now, I can think of ways I think are better to spend money in the ministry and reaching people, but if that's your calling...great. Answer it. Thank you for bearing the truth!
Second, I see that Christianity offends quite a bit of people here. Ok, so it does. Don't read it. But please understand your (anyone's) continued use of profanity offends me. It is not necessary. Furthermore, there are young children that log on and use this site. Do you want them reading that trash?
Unless it is implicitly stated in the rules, there is nothing wrong with mentioning God and a personal relationship with Christ in a post. There's nothing wrong with discussing it. If it makes you uncomfortable or stirs you up, go elsewhere and go back to arguing about why this quad is better than that quad yadda-yadda-yadda...
Fact is, if Buddhism, New Age-ism, or any other false religion had been mentioned, you would have let it go unscathed. But, because it was Christianity, you decided to cry offense.
For the record, Christianity is not merely another religion, or just any religion for that matter. It is the truth. And, one day even you will face it, whether you acknowledge it now or not.

I do think this thread has as you said, taken some unusual twists and turns that have at the least been interesting.
I really don't think when blasterdevil2 posted the thread question (50,000.00 Raptor ?)) that he ever thought it was going to get anything but an answer but WOW!!!!!!!
I have been anxious many days to come home and log on to what is being said on this thread. The thread has at times taken the 770 Powerroll thread turn as well as a twist of it's own at times.
Now it seems to have settled down a bit with the controversy and more to inform what is going on with Raptors #3 and #4 that are in the works. I really appreciate all the post weather if I agree or anyone else for that matter.
The Connection is to give help to ALL in the ATV world; and if that includes religion, then so be it.

hey mickey, are any of your riders in the gncc's brothers in christ? i've been running a few and am comforted by the prayer before we race and getting to meet mike penland and talk to him about what the Lord is doing in his life. it's always great to meet other christians that love this sport, including all of the guys that claim the name of Christ on this forum...
