I recently installed an oil injector block off kit on my 03 Blaster. Once I tighten the case back down the kick starter seems to get stuck. I am almost positive the spring is in the correct position. It seems to work fine until I tighten the case down tight. Can anyone help? Heading to the Lil Sahara today (hopefully).

 

first of all welcome and second make sure that the gasket isn't squeezing over and hitting anything when your tighten it down. i have that problem when i change spockets. otherwise i'm not sure what else could be tieing it up.
