CT offers a nice 240 kit for $1000. But it isn't worth stuffing a lot of money in a blaster.

in my opinion.

i would recomend installing a Hot Rod Crank and Toomey or CT pipe and silencer and rejet it. that should help u get the most out of the bore.

Sorry but you will never get your blaster as fast as a banshee, mabie if you put $3000 into it it may keep up with a stock banshee but you rarely will ever see a stock banshee and once they are piped and jetted...your left in the dust. compare 350 TWIN to 200 Single. If you want to be as fast as a Banshee then the first thing you should buy is a pillow...Keep Dreaming!

Well you can make them really fast by buying the CT 240 big bore for $1000. I know you want yours to be a 260 but anything above a 240 is really really expensive...like $1600, and you can't just go to a machine shop and get it bore.

Do you know how the blaster engine works? ill do a breif explanation of why you can not just go and bore the engine, buy a piston and go.

Exaust ports will still be stock so you will feel ZERO power increase. to re-port it, it will cost you about $450 bucks.

I dont know where you could buy a 260 bore piston?

You see, a bore wont give you power...It will allow you to get more power with further mods, like pipe, Carb, Jet, Porting, Wensco Piston, Reed Cage, Higher octane fuel, and possibley a better cooling system. Now without all these mods and High octane racing gas, you wont feel anymore power. Also When you do a "big" bore on a blaster, you have to buy a extended swing-arm. all this stuff is going to cost you a lot of money. If you want to make your blaster really fast, and you want to stick with the blaster, Then buy a welder and Wal-Mart for $200, buy nice metal, and go onto Ebay and buy a yz250 motor, then weld what you need to to make it bolt on, buy the right size sprockets for the engine and axle>>I think 14 tooth<<>> 42 Tooth, and then see how much you like it!
