is it me or does it look like the parking brake is just screwed into the top of the clutch perch? Looks like you take those two screws out slap on a block-off plate and your parking break is gone.......

If this is true, it's little things like this that make me think Yamaha put a lot of thought into this bike.

 

if they put a little more thought into it the parking break would work and no rev limiter so there would be no reason to block it off.

 

the info says it can be actuated by one hand....thats a change. both blaster and raptor require 2 hands....
