Yor are correct, a lower dpi will increase speed but take away from overall appearance! LOL

 

Its kimda pricy tho dont you think. And what ever happened to the warror 450 in hte magazine. I thought the YFZ would look like that but it did not at all. I still believe that is where they got the idea from.

 

The Warrior 450 in DW was a one off quad made by Mickey Dunlap. I would take the 450 anyday if it has all the potential of the 450 in the dirtbike which it appears to without a doubt then I'm in. HP wise the bike engine in an mx quad fully modified was the most powerful engine the rules would allow add that to it's low weight, low seat height, width along with much better stock suspension than the Raptor and I think this is the deal. Don't get me wrong if your into drag racing or straight out running for miles the Raptor has more potential but you would still have to make changes to the chassis to get it to perform all around. If the suspension on the 450 is as good as they say it is you could probably add pipe, filter and jets and have one hell of a powerful quad to ride that is mostly stock.

 

Big Black, I fixed the tippyness issue with my Raptor right away! Went out and bought me a kickstand! Got sick of going out to the garage and finding my Raptor on it's side! LOL

lol man people in these forums have alreayd come out with a hundered diff shootouts and who vs. who and no one has ever even seen this thing run yet. It hasn't even beenknown to the world wide public for a day yet and people already know defined specs on hp and other things and there are already conclusions on which one is faster.

I don't know that anyone has claimed any postively true HP numbers but some of them sound like very legitimate educated guesses.
