Update: I installed a hotter plug, checked out the carb and adjusted the valves. It starts real easy using the pull rope, but it will not start with the starter. Any sugestions on what the prob is? I am thinking electrical, but I am not shure. The coil is Ok if it runs, Correct? Thanks again!

 

Hows the charge on the battery? Is it a new battery and is it fully charged

 

Yep, new battery. It spins over real fast, so I think that is Ok.
