Wheelies have been around since man had 2 and 4 wheels. I never heard of a blown/wrecked engine because of wheelies. Basically its not true.

The raptor has a dry sump oil system, which means there is no oil held in the bottom of the motor it is all pumped. Basically you can wheelie the raptor all day and as long as there is oil in it, it will be pumped and the motor will be lubricated.

Actually, when you do wheelies on the road it puts a large amount of stress between the axle and the hub. My Axle and hub were starting to were themselves down. Everyonce in a while take the hub off the axle check it out, and make sure you torque the bolt to the correct spec, its like 180lbs or something crazy.

I've wheelied my raptor since I got it and nothing has happened to it yet....except the axel nut's came loose, but a tightened and reposition of the pins fixed that. So nothing major.
