Default Loading ramps

I am lookin for some loading ramps so i can load my raptor in the back of my truck. I would like something that is light and fits in the back of a long bed truck (no longer than 74 inches), any suggestions or other things i might need to look for??

I met a guy in dumont who helped me get my quad into my truck when I lost ym oil plug. He had this Sweet ramp that folded in half to fit under the quad, but when it unfolded you could ride up on it, it was all alum or steel. He said he spent 100 bucks on it. I want one of those but for now i have 2 wooded ramps that costed me about 30$ and they work just as good, but not as fancy.

guys get sumthun that attaches to the truck! you dont want those ramps spitting out of there when you have just your FRONT wheels in the truck, believe me! Been there, done that. It's not that the quad lands on you, it's that long helpless pause before you fall backwards.... if youre lucky, it'll just knock the wind out of you!

check cabelas too, get some trifolds, that way theyll slide in under the quad, most doubles are too wide.

In the mean time, get 2 8 foot 2 X 10's and buy a pair of ramp ends. They sell them everywhere. Then get some 1/2 or 3/4 inch plywood and cut strips 2 inches wide by 8 inches long and screw them into your 2 X 10's every 6 or 8 inches. It takes a little work, but it's cheap and effective. Also, you can cut them to fit inside your bed and they slide right under your quad.

I would not recommend this method....the boards offer little traction for an inclined atv....spin a little and get traction and you have serious problems.

That's why you screw the strips of plywood on like a ladder. I've never had a problem with slipping even in rain and snow. They are heavy though. Also, It's a good idea to screw some rope or something to each one so you have the right distance between wheels. But then you are forced to carry both of them at the same time. It may not be the best, but it's cheap and they work.
