#1 - As mentioned above, 90% of the squeaks are from the rubber bushings in the upper (most common) or lower shock mounts
#2 - Do not use WD40 for 2 reasons - it will deteriorate the rubber bushings, and it will disolve the grease inside the pivot
#3 - You can get the silicone spray lubricant at any auto parts store or Lowe's or Home Depot. Brand doesn't really matter. But some spray better than others and some dry to a lubricant film whereas others stay wetter longer. I currently use "3-in-1" brand spray.
Hope this helps,

See that's what I mean, these bolts are cranked well over 100 ft/lb!! It's not like loosening it to be loose, just like a quarter turn that's all!! I didn't even have to go that far, it's still way tight just not enough to ruin $hit...... LIKE SHOCK BUSHINGS.

just heard of this problem today an 02 and 03 rappy had it and one guy all he did was the top shock bolt loosend it a little bit.. it was tighter them a b*tch and it went away. they came a lil tight fromt he factory.. thats all you have to do is loosen the top shock bolt bou 1/4 or so and it should go away.
