Most likley its jetted to fat, try leaning it out a little. But I always use either B8EG (gold) or B8IEX (iridium) the gold is about 5 bucks and the iridium is about 10.

You should have B8ES not BR8ES, the R has a resistor, I use NGK B8ES and I cannot recall ever fouling a plug. Guess I'm lucky.

Oh yeah, twist throttle on the banshee.... Did you install it? I know some people preferr the twist but on the banshee damn I'd kill myself real quick.

I run the NGK B8ES too, you might want to try burning GOLDEN SPECTRO oil, that kind of oil WILL NOT, foul plugs.

It had the twist on it when I bought it, it's also got the idler kit on it so it holds an idle, unlike my 02 I had, My thumb gets to tired when I ride my friends Banshee with the stock thumb throttle, but it can get a little harry when you hit some whoops to fast and your hand wants roll back on the twist instead of letting go like with the thumb throttle because your trying to hold on and you realize you have to let up on the death grip because it's causing you to go to dam fast.
